1) Policy statement
Axis Consulting Group Ltd is committed to building a workplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, has equitable access to opportunity, and feels included and able to do their best work. This policy applies to partners/directors, contractors, and interns. It covers all stages of the employee lifecycle and how we work with our clients, suppliers, and the wider community.

5) Measuring progress
We will monitor our progress using appropriate, lawful data and insights and use this information to identify barriers, take action, and review whether changes are working—because what gets measured can be improved.
6) Reporting concerns
Anyone who experiences or witnesses behaviour that conflicts with this policy should raise it via our whistleblowing channel. All concerns will be taken seriously and handled promptly and sensitively.
7) Review
This policy will be reviewed at least annually to ensure it remains effective, compliant, and aligned with our values and impact commitments.
